“Follow-up meetings” is a very powerful feature in MeetingKing. When creating a follow-up meeting, MeetingKing will copy all logistical information such as the list of participants, tags, location information and any logistical notes over to the new meeting, all you have to do is a select a time. What is more, it will automatically place all tasks (completed and open) from the previous meeting and any incomplete tasks from older meetings on the agenda of your new meeting. This way nothing gets forgotten, because no-one want to see his or her name next to overdue tasks!
There are two ways to create a follow-up meeting:
1. by clicking the Follow-up Meeting link at the top of the Who, When, Where tab when creating a new meeting
2. by clicking the “Schedule follow-up” in the “Topics” tab of your active meeting
