We are currently experiencing problems with our email server. If you email agendas, minutes and assign tasks, these messages may not arrive at the moment.

We are working hard on fixing this.

In the mean time as a work around for emailing agendas and meeting minutes we suggest that you download the PDF to your local machine and then create in your regular email client a message to which you attach the PDF document of the agenda or minutes. (The download button is 2 buttons to the right of the email button)
