Important announcement: The MeetingKing application will be off-line for maintenance Saturday Oct 6 between 6 AM and 12 noon UTC.

The last few months the development team has worked hard to upgrade the MeetingKing platform to a new version to improve performance. This is a platform change only, the user interface will remain the same.

This Saturday we will switch to this upgraded platform. We will start the process at 6 AM UTC and it is expected take approximately 5 to 6 hours. During this time the service will not be accessible.

Immediately after the release, meetings, tasks and other data older than 3 months will initially not show in the lists. Don’t worry it will all be there, we just need more time to index all information. Everything should be visible and accessible a few hours later.
